Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:

    • All orders are processed within 1 business day.
    • Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or if there are any unforeseen delays.

    U.S. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

    • Shipping rates are a flat $5.00 for orders up to $50, and free shipping starting at $50.
    • Shipping typically takes between 2-5 days.
    • Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
    • You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay (more than 5 days) in your delivery of your order.

    International Shipping & Delivery Estimates:

    • Handmade by Pawsh products ship free to the United States and Canada.
    • For all other products to Canada and for all products to European countries, there is a flat $20 USD shipping fee. 
    • ALL ORDERS: All orders shipped outside the United States are subject to import taxes, customs, duties, and brokerage fees. Your order may be held by your customs office until fees are paid. In these cases Pawsh Pup Co. is not responsible for collecting/charging these fees. Therefore, it is the duty of the customer to be aware of charges that may occur at the time of delivery/pickup for imported goods. If a package is refused for this reason a refund will not be issued until and if the package is returned.
    • International delivery estimate depends on location being shipped to. Orders will be processed following our standard times, however delivery may take longer due to shipping carriers.
    • Pawsh Pup Co. is not responsible for any delays in the shipment caused by invalid addresses, carrier delays, or custom duties/ taxes. If a delay does occur please contact your local post office or the carrier it was shipped with to find out more information.

    Tracking Information:

    • You will receive an Email Confirmation of your order as soon as you complete checkout.
    • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

    Damages and Loss:

    • We are not responsible for any damages or loss that occur during shipping.
    • If your order arrives and the product is defective or items are missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@pawshpupco.com. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue. Please see our Return Policy.
