Refund policy

At Pawsh Pup Co., we pride ourselves in carefully hand selecting each product we offer, and we do our best to ensure only quality items are in our store. If you are unhappy with an item purchased and/or an item was delivered damaged, we will do everything possible to make things right.

Our 30-Day Guarantee
Our products are hand selected from only the best brands that match the Pawsh lifestyle. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date. Products must be unused and in original packaging with any original tags still attached.

Please note: Some products, such as but not limited to dog beds, may require a restocking fee. Contact us at info@pawshpupco.com with any product specific questions.

Our 90-day Guarantee on all Handmade by Pawsh Dog Collars
We know you'll fall in love with your Handmade by Pawsh dog collar. However, if for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, we offer a 90-day guarantee. Simply contact us at info@pawshpupco.com. The 90-day guarantee only applies to our Handmade by Pawsh collar collection.

Return Eligibility and Details
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you must contact us at info@pawshpupco.com. Please provide the following:

  • Order confirmation email, or you can provide the order number, customer name, and original contact email provided at time order was placed.
  • Reason for requesting return.
  • Please provide pictures if item was received damaged or the incorrect item was received.

Once your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label at no additional cost to you*, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items will not be accepted back without first contacting us. We reserve the right to offer a store credit instead of a refund in some situations.

*Please note: For some products, such as but not limited to dog beds, as well as for international orders, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. You can always contact us for any questions on returns at info@pawshpupco.com.

Damaged or Defected Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within ASAP if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us at info@pawshpupco.com to discuss an exchange. We will work with you to make the process as easy as possible!

How You'll Receive Your Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once the return is received and approved, Pawsh Pup Co. will submit your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days, less original shipping costs if applicable. For items that are damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you will also receive a refund on original shipping costs. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@pawshpupco.com.

We reserve the right to offer a store credit instead of a refund in some situations. If for any reason your refund is not approved, we will contact you as quickly as possible with an explanation and offer of how we can make it right.
